1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Because our products are custom printed, returns are only accepted if:
    • The product is damaged during shipping.
    • There is a manufacturing defect.
    • The product does not match the approved design specifications.
  • Personalized or custom-printed items cannot be returned for buyer’s remorse (e.g., wrong size ordered, spelling mistakes in uploaded artwork, or design changes after printing).

2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
  • We will provide a replacement at no cost or issue a refund.
  • Photos of the product and packaging may be required to process your claim.

3. Return Process
