1. Eligibility for Returns
- Because our products are custom printed, returns are only accepted if:
- The product is damaged during shipping.
- There is a manufacturing defect.
- The product does not match the approved design specifications.
- Personalized or custom-printed items cannot be returned for buyer’s remorse (e.g., wrong size ordered, spelling mistakes in uploaded artwork, or design changes after printing).
2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
- If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
- We will provide a replacement at no cost or issue a refund.
- Photos of the product and packaging may be required to process your claim.
3. Return Process
- To request a return or refund, email us at support@ezsignstore.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if applicable.
- Once approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item if necessary.
- Return shipping costs are covered by EzSignStore.com only if the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
4. Refunds
- Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we verify the issue.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
5. Exchanges
- We do not offer direct exchanges for custom items. If a replacement is needed due to defect or damage, a new product will be produced at no additional cost.
6. Non-Returnable Items
- Custom-printed banners, signs, and other personalized products (unless defective/damaged).
- Clearance or final-sale items.
